Wallace is an independent consultant to the Hanson Group with over thirty five years of experience in plastic additives for surface effects and reinforcement.  Wallace has held multiple Product and Business Development positions with Dow Corning and PCR, Inc (currently Siovance). Wallace also held the position of President with Amber Industrial, Taylor Chemical, Reactamine Technology, Engineered Polymers, Silbond Corporation, and currently Santek Silicones – all specialty silicone/silane and polymer systems manufacturers/distributors.

Wallace has a BS Degree in Chemistry and Math with an MBA in Marketing from Central Michigan University. He has 6 patents, with the most recent being December 2009.  He has published multiple articles in polymer trade journals, presented multiple papers at plastics industry symposiums, and authored a chapter in Polymer and Plastics Technology and Engineering.  Contact Wallace at wjoslyn@aol.com
